SUMMARY:Candlelight Vigil for Peace
DESCRIPTION:This event grew out of the desire to do something where nothing seems enough. Believing whole-heartedly that hate returns hate and that only love can banish hate\, I wanted to join with others for a night of compassion and deep listening. We are sitting for peace at Kiwanis park with facilitated circles of compassionate speaking/listening\, candles\, song\, and prayer. All faiths\, credos\, and non-credos are welcome. We hope to do our part in adding compassion to the world. Please join us. Co-sponsored with Community of Christ.
