DESCRIPTION:For all you who are in need of suicide and ethics CEUs\, Jordan Harmon\, LCSW\, has put together a highly relevant and thoughtful training on suicide crises. This is NASW-UT-approved for 4 ethics and 2 suicide CEUS. Jordan is Linehan-board certified in DBT and has many years of experience working with suicidal clients. One of our goals with this nonprofit is to provide scholarships for people who need comprehensive DBT and need help paying. SUMMARY:Candlelight Vigil for Peace
DESCRIPTION:This event grew out of the desire to do something where nothing seems enough. Believing whole-heartedly that hate returns hate and that only love can banish hate\, I wanted to join with others for a night of compassion and deep listening. We are sitting for peace at Kiwanis park with facilitated circles of compassionate speaking/listening\, candles\, song\, and prayer. All faiths\, credos\, and non-credos are welcome.
